These terms apply to your use of nqmotionmodel.com and the trainings, programs and messaging offered by Kay Consulting Group LLC, operating as NQ Motion ("NQ Motion", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to them.

1. Education only

NQ Motion provides trading education. Nothing we publish or teach is financial, investment or tax advice. Trading futures carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past results, including any shared by Kasen Kennedy or students, are not typical and do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.

2. Programs and payments

Program details, prices and any refund terms are set out at the time of purchase or in your enrolment agreement. Access is for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

3. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos and content belong to NQ Motion and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

4. SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: NQ Motion text messages.
• How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box in the chat on our website, or in another form where you expressly agree to receive texts.
• What we send: replies to your enquiries, reminders about trainings and calls you signed up for, support, and information about our programs.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one final message confirming you've unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP, or email support@nqmotionmodel.com.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, NQ Motion is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
