This Privacy Policy explains how Kay Consulting Group LLC, operating as NQ Motion ("NQ Motion", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit nqmotionmodel.com, register for a training, chat with us, book a call, buy a program or opt in to our email or text messages.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and anything you share in forms, applications, chats or calls.
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data collected automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring links, through cookies and similar tools.
2. How we use it
- To deliver trainings, coaching, community access and support
- To reply to your enquiries and send reminders about trainings and calls you signed up for
- To send email and text messages you have agreed to receive
- To process payments and enrolments
- To improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations
3. SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to text messages (for example through the chat on our website), we use your mobile number to send messages about your enquiry, upcoming trainings, calls and our programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not sold, rented or shared.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our CRM, email and messaging, webinar, scheduling and payment providers), under obligations to keep it confidential and use it only for those services, or where required by law. This sharing never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent, as described above.
5. Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@nqmotionmodel.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
7. Children
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
