WHAT IT IS NOT

▸ Not a signal-copying service. Levels posted are analysis, not instructions. If you copy a trade, it is your trade. ▸ Not managed money. We never take custody of funds and will never ask you to send money to trade on your behalf. Anyone in this server offering that is a scammer — report it immediately. ▸ Not a guarantee of profitability, funding, or passing an evaluation.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to trade derivatives where you live. Trading futures is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions — that is your responsibility to check, not ours.

AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Some links and discount codes we share — including prop firm codes — earn us a commission when you use them. You are never required to use them, and the discount is genuine. We disclose this because it is the right thing to do and because the FTC requires it.

MESSAGE 3 — Conduct

SERVER RULES

1 · Be civil. No harassment, hate speech, slurs, discrimination or personal attacks. Disagree about markets all you like; do not make it personal.

2 · No financial advice to other members. Share your analysis and reasoning. Do not tell people what to trade, what size, or what to do with their account.

3 · No account management offers. Do not offer to trade someone's account, and never let anyone trade yours. Instant ban.

4 · No promotion. No advertising other services, servers, courses, signal groups, referral links or recruiting, in channels or in DMs.

5 · No P&L pressure. Post results if you want, wins or losses. Do not shame anyone for either, and do not post fake results.

6 · Beware DMs. We will never DM you first asking for money, keys, or account access. Anyone claiming to be staff in your DMs is impersonating us. Report and block.

7 · No pumping, no coordination. No coordinated buying or selling, no spreading rumours, nothing that could be read as market manipulation.

8 · English in main channels so everyone can be moderated fairly.

9 · Keep channels on topic. Charts in chart channels, chat in general.

10 · Staff decisions are final. Warnings, mutes, kicks and bans are at our discretion.

MESSAGE 4 — Access, payment, IP

MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENT

▸ Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time through the billing portal — access continues to the end of the paid period. ▸ All sales are final unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by law. You are buying access to education and tools, not an outcome. ▸ Chargebacks result in a permanent ban and loss of all access, including indicator licences. ▸ Prices and included features may change with notice.

INDICATOR ACCESS

▸ Indicator access is licensed to one TradingView account, personal use only. ▸ Sharing your TradingView login, re-selling, redistributing, decompiling or copying the script is theft and ends your access permanently, with no refund. ▸ Access is revoked when a subscription ends.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything in this server — the model, guides, PDFs, recordings, indicators and templates — is our property and is provided for your personal use only. Do not screenshot-dump, repost, resell, or share it outside this server.

PRIVACY

We store only what is needed to run access and billing. We do not sell your data. Do not post other members' personal information.

CHANGES & TERMINATION

We may update these terms and will announce material changes. We may remove any member at any time. Continued membership means you accept the current terms.
